Mostly after untitled by Sean S
Glance over my shoulder
at roadside charades --
man seized by paralysis
child squeezed between
banks of packed snow.
Quiet starts as shape-holder
too freighted for words.
Each scene bathing
in its light, each question
a tourniquet to stop itself.
